We take our customer service very seriously and value your feedback.
If you are not satisfied with any item that you buy from us, you can return it to us at our US return address or to Israel within 45 days from the day ordered for exchange or your full purchase price ( less shipping and handling). Anything that is defective ( it does not happen often, but if it does), we will replace at our expense.
If you want to exchange an item, send us an e-mail right away with the exchange request details even before you mail out the item you want to return, so that we can expedite the shipment of your replacement item to you.
Although very proud that we manufacture and work out of Israel, it can make phone access challenging due to the substantial time difference with many of our markets. Israel is 7 hours ahead of U.S. Eastern Standard Time and we can only receive phone calls until 3:00 pm EST.
Please note that we are closed on Fridays and Saturdays and all Jewish holidays, but work on Sundays.
