How we create these measurement: We lay the garment flat on a table.
Waist: Top of waist measurement across and then doubled
Hips: Measure 7 inches down from top of waist, then pivot measuring tape to measure side to side. Then double that number.
Length is top of waist to bottom of hem.
We recommend you measure your own garment this way to compare to our chart.
NOTE: due to the spandex in the fabric, it will stretch to a body measurement a couple inches larger than these measurements
